Date & start time: Monday 12th January 2015, 3.00 pm start.

Location of Start : The red phone box, Loweswater , Cumbria, Uk ( NY 143 211 )

Places visited : Kirkstile, Kirkhead and Mellbreak North top.

Walk details :   4.5 mls, 1,560 feet of ascent, 1 hour 55 mins.

Highest point : Mellbreak's North Top 1,655 ft - 509m

Walked with : Harry and Dylan.

Weather : Windy and cold but dry after a wet morning.

Tues 13th January.

Last week I posted this picture of the valley after a rainy 24 hours . . .

Today the levels are back to normal.

But there's a dash of white on the high fells.

One reason wildlife photographers don't use phone cameras . . . spot the deer !
